Steps to Get Started
- Have your SwitchTRACK code ready to begin the process. You should have received this code when you were enrolled in ClickSWITCH. If you don't have a code, call us at 800-422-3641 to get started.
- Go to the following website to access the switch portal: suttonbank.clickswitch.com.
- Enter the SwitchdTRACK code provided by us to log in.
- When prompted, enter your new password and log in.

A direct deposit is any payment that you receive from a person or organization directly into your account. These include payroll direct deposits (Social Security, Disability, etc.) and dividend direct deposits from investment accounts.
