Sutton Bank is proud to honor the recent retirements of four long-serving employees whose careers collectively represent 136 years of dedication, professionalism, and steadfast service to the Bank and its customers.

Retirees include Rhonda Martin, former Vice President of Marketing, Public Relations & Retail Marketing Assistant who served in Attica for 45 years; Lisa Daniel, Loan Accounting Supervisor who served in Attica for 38 years; Patty Hamilton, Collector who served in Ashland for 27 years; and Laura Jones, Loan Underwriter who served in Ontario for 26 years.  

“These individuals have been at the heart of our organization for decades,” said Tony Gorrell, CEO of Sutton Bank. “Their loyalty, institutional knowledge, and commitment to serving our customers have played a role in Sutton Bank’s strength and stability.”  

As these valued employees close this chapter in their professional lives, their impact continues to resonate throughout the bank. Their knowledge, leadership, and example have helped guide and inspire their colleagues, contributing to a workplace culture built on continuity and care. 

Sutton Bank is fortunate to have many long-tenured employees across departments and branches, a testament to the organization’s supportive and community-focused environment. With this legacy comes the responsibility to plan for the future.

The retirements of Rhonda, Patty, Lisa, and Laura are both a celebration and a reminder of the strength of Sutton Bank’s people. While their daily presence will be missed, the values they instilled and the foundation they helped build will continue to guide the Bank forward.
